We accept all account types including individual, joint, corporate, LLC, partnership, POA, and trust accounts.
We accept accounts from the USA and most foreign countries including Canada.
All clients enjoy no inactivity fees, free news and research, low day-trading margins, and transparent commissions.
We accept futures trading account types including individual, joint, trusts, IRA accounts, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, sole proprietorships, and POA.
In an individual account there is only one beneficial owner — the only person who can control investments and request distributions. Account holders requiring more than one owner need to apply for a joint account.
A POA account allows a designated individual to trade on behalf of the account owner. The account owner retains full ownership while granting trading authority to a trusted person. A completed POA agreement and supporting documentation must be submitted to establish this account type.
Trust accounts are opened under the legal name and date of the trust. "Revocable" Trusts use a Social Security Number. "Irrevocable" Trusts require a Fed ID number. A copy of the trust agreement must be submitted.
An IRA allows tax-deferred investment growth. Retirement accounts can be opened with IRA Custodian Inspira Financial or EquityTrust. Roth IRA accounts are also available.
Corporate accounts or LLCs are opened under the legal corporate name with a short description of the nature of the business. The Articles of Incorporation must be submitted.
A sole proprietorship is a business owned by one individual, such as "John Smith dba ABC Company." There is no separate entity — simply an individual owning 100% of a business.
Partnership accounts are registered in the name of the partnership. Principal partner information and a copy of the partnership agreement are required. A Fed ID Number is required.
For farmers or businesses needing to hedge their product. Commodity price risk can be removed by hedging in the futures market. Long hedges lock in future purchase prices; short hedges lock in selling prices.
We accept accounts from most foreign countries. Additional documentation may be required. Please contact us to discuss your specific country and requirements.
Exchange members may be eligible for reduced commission rates. Learn more about exchange membership and how it may benefit your trading.
